Since acquiring site control via a purchase agreement as of May 2021, the project owners are in the process of conducting detailed civil, structural, and environmental studies to determine overall project feasibility. Phase I will comprise the redevelopment of the historic buildings at Zeropak, as well as significant infrastructure work.

Leicester Square is an eight unit development of duplexes and townhouses located on the corner of Leicester and Loudoun Street in the heart of Old Town Winchester, Virginia that was built in 2015.  This quaint community was built within the historic district and utilized designs and materials to comply with strict architectural standards such as metal roofs, wood windows, among other design items.  Additionally, the development used permeable pavers for the courtyard and parking to manage storm water in an environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing design.

Late 2019 delivery of new medical office space for Bone and Joint Associates.  Joint Venture between Stoneridge and Bone and Joint for approximately 14,000 square feet for their practice.  Stoneridge developed and managed construction

North Cameron Properties, LLC is an office and medical office joint venture project between a Stoneridge affiliated entity and Our Health located in Winchester.  This entity developed, owns and manages over 40,000 square feet of lease space.  This space is currently leased to a variety of tenants including local and state governments, including the City of Winchester, Virginia Department of Health and Virginia Employment Commission and nonprofits including the Adult Care Center and Shenandoah Valley Workforce Board.  This project utilized historic and new market tax credits in addition to other forms of traditional financing and equity.

Graichen Building is a mixed use redevelopment project located on Boscawen Street on the downtown walking mall in Old Town Winchester.  Stoneridge developed and constructed residential condos and rehabbed a ground floor office building.  When purchased, the upper two floors were vacant and previously used as office space.  Stoneridge redeveloped this space into six one bedroom condos with modern amenities and style.  This is one of the first mixed use condo developments in downtown Winchester.

Footer Building is a mixed use rehab project located on the C&O Canal Trail in Cumberland, Maryland.  This project will house apartments, retail, office, brewery and restaurant space in historic downtown Cumberland. FooterBuilding.com
